General Terms

Terms and Conditions
  1. 3rd Party Payment & Refund Policy: Services completed by ‘Ai Healthcare Marketing’ for ‘Client’ are facilitated by ‘Aesthetic Management Partners.’ No refunds will be issued to ‘Client’ once payment is rendered.
  2. Client Payment & Refund Policy: Payments made directly to ‘Ai Healthcare Marketing’ by ‘Client’ are non-refundable. Work commences only after the initial payment is processed. Delays or failure in payment will result in work suspension. In certain cases, management may offer a house credit. If collections or legal actions are necessary, the ‘Client’ is responsible for all associated costs.
  3. Due Dates: ‘Client’ must provide information promptly as requested. Consultant strives to meet agreed-upon deadlines; however, delays from the ‘Client’ can cause project delays.
  4. Reservation of Rights: Consultant reserves all rights not explicitly granted within this agreement, including preliminary materials.
  5. Copyright Notice: Copyright remains with the Consultant until full payment is received from the ‘Client’.
  6. Fees for Additional Services: Changes or additional services requested by the ‘Client’ will incur extra charges at a specified hourly rate.
  7. Publication: Consultant retains the right to use the ‘Client’s artwork in its marketing without the ‘Client’s written permission.
  8. Client Provided Information: The ‘Client’ ensures all information provided is accurate and indemnifies the Consultant against any damages arising from inaccuracies.
  9. Governing Law; Forum Selection: The agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona, and ‘Client’ consents to this jurisdiction.
  10. Limitation of Liability: The Agency limits its liability for indirect damages related to this agreement.
  11. Assignment and Delegation: Neither party may assign or delegate their part of the agreement without consent from the other party.
  12. Notices: All notices and consents must be in writing to be effective.
Business Practices Details
  1. Artwork Files: The ‘Client’ receives electronic files of artwork and is advised to back them up. Retrieval of archived files incurs a fee.
  2. Copyright and Trademark: The ‘Client’ is responsible for ensuring the legality of their company name and indemnifies the Consultant against any related claims.
  3. Website Content: Affordable Image does not design or host websites with adult content or pornography.
  4. Domain Name and Hosting: Assistance with purchasing and setting up domain names and hosting is available, with GoDaddy recommended for these services.
  5. Technical Requirements: Websites are built to be responsive across various devices, with specific hosting plans and SSL Certificates required to meet web standards.
  6. SEO: Websites are designed for easy deployment of SEO strategies, with full setup provided as part of an SEO program.
  7. Languages: Google Translate is offered for multi-language support, with custom translation services available for an additional fee.
  8. Client Provided Media: Affordable Image will upload a specified number of images to the website, with additional uploads and edits quoted separately.
  9. Stock Photography and Video Backgrounds: Stock imagery is provided up to a limit, with additional charges for extra images or video backgrounds.
  10. On-Site Videos: Client-provided videos can be included on the website if they are sent with appropriate rights for use.
